MRS. VIOLET MUDZIMBA

Mrs Violet Mudzimba brings a wealth of expertise to the National Prosecuting Authority Board, chairing its crucial HR Committee. Renowned as a certified HR strategist with 17 years of experience, she possesses a remarkable ability to navigate diverse industries.

Her career trajectory exemplifies her adaptability. From her beginnings in the public sector (Ministry of Home Affairs, Forestry Commission) to private ventures (Faithwear, Bindura Haulage), she has thrived across public service, transportation, manufacturing, tobacco, and revenue collection industries. Currently, she leverages her extensive knowledge as the Human Resources Services Manager for ZINARA (since 2021). Previously, she excelled as the HR and Administration Manager for the Tobacco Industry and Marketing Board (TIMB).

Her impressive academic credentials further bolster her leadership. Violet holds an MBA (MSU), a BSc Honours Sociology (UZ), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (UNISA), a Post-Grad Diploma in Law- Conciliation and Arbitration (UZ), an HND HR Management (IPMZ), and a Level 6 CIPS qualification, amongst others. This diverse knowledge base equips her to address complex HR issues with a holistic perspective.

Violet's leadership of the HR Committee signifies her commitment to building a competent and motivated workforce for the National Prosecuting Authority.
