Mr. Rex Tapfuma Shana was appointed to the National Prosecuting Authority Board in 2023, culminating a distinguished career dedicated to advancing the Zimbabwean legal system. His extensive resume reveals a legal luminary who is a trailblazer in Judicial Education. As the founding principal of the Judicial College of Zimbabwe in 1997, Mr. Shana established the cornerstone for developing legal excellence within the Zimbabwe's judiciary. His leadership at Zambia's Directorate of Legal Aid (1988-1989), along with his formative attachment to the UK's Crown Prosecution Service (1994), highlight international legal experience.
